What we collect
When you send a call request, we receive the details you enter: your name, business or brand name, email address, phone number (if given), the service you’re interested in, your message, your preferred contact method and, if you choose to share them, a preferred date, time and budget range.
How we use it
Only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a discovery call and, if you ask us to, prepare a proposal. We do not sell your details or add you to marketing lists.
Where it goes
Your request is sent by email to our team through an email delivery provider. It is not stored in a database on this website. Requests are rate-limited using your IP address, which is held briefly in server memory and not recorded.
Third-party services on this site
- Portfolio videos are hosted by Vimeo and a video CDN. Vimeo’s player loads only when you press play, with Vimeo’s “do not track” option enabled.
- Some images are loaded from Unsplash and Vimeo’s image servers.
- Appointment booking is handled by our scheduling provider, whose own privacy policy applies to the details you enter there.
- Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.
